COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
Specialty Food Shop
This beautiful restaurant design revealed itself to be a challenging project to accomplish. Many different design elements had to be taken into account and a wide variety of textures, finishes and materials made the job even more complex. But at Citicon, we're never shy of a challenge! The result is a wonderful space, with a distinctive ambiance that makes our work even more satisfying. So many different skills were required at one time during the very last days with so much fine tuning, it makes it even more rewarding!
RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
Le Sieur d’Iberville
Citicon was approached to be part of this small but interesting project of 4 units. We had the opportunity to put all our expertise to work to make this condo building a great construction success. We had only a few months ahead of us but plans were ready, our crew was on top of the schedule and things went as smooth as it should. Thanks to the best team of specialized workers and to amazing partners who know the field as much as we do.
POST DISASTER
Fire Damage Rebuilding
After a serious accidental kitchen fire, the clients wanted to take this opportunity to rebuild their cooking and eating spaces with an updated and modern look. Citicon was brought in to remodel the whole kitchen with new shaker-style cabinets, bright ceramic floor, new electrical wiring, dual sinks and modern faucet, etc. The adjacent dining room was also given a fresh makeover with a new resistant laminate wood flooring, replastered walls, mouldings, heating appliances and paint.
RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION
Kitchen Remodeling
A classic example of kitchen remodeling. This old white melamine kitchen from the 80's, although somewhat functional, was in a desperate need of a new look and feel. The owners wanted to keep the 3-steps water+heat+cold triangle work pattern but add warmth and ambiance to the cooking space. Wood proved to be the best option and a new design was chosen in line with the client's style preference. Stone countertops and backsplash, undermount sinks and new stainless appliances gave it a timeless chic look.
